How Do I Add To My Shopping List?
To make a purchase you need to have added items to your shopping cart. You do this within a particular products page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your cart by clicking 'add to cart'. When the product is added to your shopping cart, 'Item Added' will appear.

Member Sign In
If you are a registered member of the 'Unit Online Store’ enter your username (email address) and password to begin the checkout process. This is the easiest and best way to shop with us. Checkout is faster and you will receive the continuing benefits that we offer our members (i.e.: special free postage promotions, email updates etc).
If You Forget Your Password
If by chance you forget your password, you can have it reset it here. You will need to provide your 'username' (which is your e-mail address), which was used when you first created your account. A new password will be generated and sent to your e-mail address.

Guest Shopping
If you are new to ‘Unit Online Store’ and don't want to register, you can still make a purchase as a guest shopper. When you enter our checkout, select the option 'continue as guest shopper'. This will begin our checkout process and ask you for details to complete your order (i.e. address, credit details etc). By shopping as a guest, you are not remembered as a member. You will miss out on future promotions and savings.
SENDING GIFTS
HOW DO I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE?You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would to make a purchase for yourself. When you enter the checkout, replace your default address details with the receiver's information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. By clicking this box it will instruct us to send the receipt with the purchase to the specified friend or family member without listing the prices. If you want - you can add a message to go with your gift and it will be sent with the parcel. In case there are problems during delivery, we require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient.
HOW DO I SEND A GIFT VOUCHER?You can purchase Unit Online Store gift vouchers for your friends & family. They are sent 'electronically' through e-mail. When the voucher is sent it is forwarded to the receiver's e-mail address and can be redeemed using a code which is enclosed within the e-mail.

CLICK HERE. When you 'checkout' to pay for them, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message. The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order for yourself while sending a gift voucher(s) to others. The voucher(s) are sent as e-mails and your order is sent to you. Easy!!!
Please Note: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are issued in Australian dollars. Vouchers purchased through the Internet can only be redeemed through the Internet and CANNOT be redeemed through our retail stores.
HOW ARE THE GIFT VOUCHERS REDEEMED?Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the code that is sent with the certificate e-mail.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOUCHER AT ONCE?Yes. You can however use the voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e.: Visa, MasterCard, Amex).

WHAT IS THE UNIT ONLINE STORE PRICING POLICY?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available through our online store. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.
GST?
All prices in the online store include GST (Goods and services tax).
ORDER PROCESSING AND AUTHORISATION
All Unit Online Store orders will be processed the next business day, during normal working hours; 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Once you have made a purchase and your Credit Card has passed verification you will automatically receive an Email Confirmation which will include your Order Number, Purchase details, Shipment details, any of your special delivery instructions and the Total Order value, including applicable Freight charges. Please understand no COD's or any other form of payment will be accepted.

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
AUSTRALIA
For postage and handling within Australia please add a flat rate of $8.50. Orders over $150.00 receive free Postage and Handling. All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unit prides itself on swift delivery, most Australian orders will be delivered within 24hrs of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location of customer. Isolated areas will have longer delivery times. All orders (Australian) are sent via Express Post and will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. In 3 more days Australia Post will leave a second card asking you to collect the goods. After 7 days from the 2nd card the goods will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods your member account will be credited the full purchase price, and held in credit for future online purchases. You will not receive a refund for these goods.
NEW ZEALAND
For postage and handling to New Zealand please add a flat rate of $12.50 (AUD). All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For all orders we use Express Post International Parcels as this service offers basic tracking, signature on delivery and delivers to PO Boxes, rural, metro & remote areas.
All orders will be dispatched within 7-14 working days from the release of the Email Confirmation. All New Zealand orders are sent via the Australia Post Air Mail International system and will be delivered to you by the New Zealand postal authority. All goods will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure they have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient.
If the goods are unable to be signed for the New Zealand postal authority will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. In 3 more days the New Zealand postal authority will leave a second card. After 7 days from the 2nd card the goods will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods your member account will be credited the full purchase price, and held in credit for future online purchases. You will not receive a refund for these goods.
NZ CUSTOMS
Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:
* Customers are liable for any relevant customs charges, duties or tariffs for their country.
* Customers understand that if the goods sent from us are impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded.
* Customers understand that if the goods are returned, the customer will be charged for all shipping charges (to and from the customer)
INTERNATIONAL
For postage and handling a flat rate of $20.00 (USD) applies. All International orders shipping will be via Australia Post EMS Express or Fedex. These services offer tracking and signature on delivery. Items sent via Express Post will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address. Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes. All in stock items will be shipped next day after email confirmation of order. Lead time on helmet shipments will be 7-10 days. Orders shipped with fedex can be tracked at www.fedex.com. Orders shipped with EMS Express can be tracked at http://ice.auspost.com.au/. If there are any difficulties with the arrival of your order please contact us immediately.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:
• Customers are liable for any relevant customs charges, duties or tariffs for their country.
• Customers understand that if the goods sent from us are impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded.
• Customers understand that if the goods are returned, the customer will be charged for all shipping charges (to and from the customer)
• To protect our global distribution network Cookie Composites will not devalue invoices or ship under valued proforma invoices.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unit hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. However, if you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.
The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us online you agree to these terms.
AUTHORISATION
All returns must first be authorised by Unit before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, you must download a Return Authorisation Request Form from our website here. Please fill this out and either email or fax it to us (our contact details are shown on the form). We may decide in our absolute discretion whether to authorise the return.
We will attend to your request as soon as possible, and you will receive our response by email. If we authorise the return, then we will issue you with a "Return Authorisation Number". This number must be included with the returned goods, otherwise they may be returned to you at your expense.
RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA
All returns must be received at despatch within 14 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES FROM AUSTRALIA
If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:
* the goods are faulty;
* the goods are not as described;
* the goods do not fit correctly; or
* you have simply changed your mind.
Please also specify the style number, size and colour of the goods you would like to receive in exchange for the originals, and please indicate alternatives as we may not have your first choice in stock. If we cannot satisfy your first choice then we will call you to confirm these alternatives.
Goods may only be exchanged for goods of equal or greater value. Goods that are returned for incorrect fit may only be exchanged for goods of the same style.
We will credit you with the amount paid for the original goods, excluding delivery, and charge your account for any difference in price of the replacement goods. If the original goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described, or do not fit correctly, then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods (within Australia ONLY) Otherwise, your account will be charged for the delivery of the replacement goods.
RETURNS INTERNATIONAL
All returns must be received at despatch within 21 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES INTERNATIONAL

All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for their return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then your account will be charged for the delivery costs of the replacement goods.
Cost and risk of return
In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. Note down tracking numbers of goods sent to Unit. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods.
Transfer of property in the goods
Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Goods must be returned in their original condition
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Goods may be tried on for fit but must be otherwise unworn. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.
Time for processing
Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed.
Fabric colours
Actual fabric colours and textures may vary from those depicted on the website.
Authority to credit/charge your account
By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.
TERMS OF USE
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: Accidents, Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. All offers are available until stocks sell out.
